As a user of this service, you will be charged 10 THB / daily. Subscription can be canceled at any time. Mobilekem is not responsible for any advertisement, offer, or representation by any third party which leads the user to this service. We reserve the right to amend any promotional subscription rates at its sole discretion. You can unsubscribe from the service by clicking the unsubscribe button on the website or by sending the SMS UNSUB C AD9 to the shortcode 423703109, C AD10 to the shortcode 423703110 or C AG4 to the shortcode 423703404 for AIS users. In this agreement with provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and all additional related legislation, Mobistar FZE is informing the user that all information in correlation with Product and Services and affined personal data will be included.
Mobistar FZE has the right to take down all actions that consider illegal and to suspend or terminate the services of any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any other related contractual obligations. You accept all responsibility for any actions taken by any user authorized to use your account, including, but not limited to, disclosure of password codes to third parties. By using the Service, you release us, our subsidiaries, and affiliates from any and all liabilities regarding your participation in the Service. Mobilekem does not store any of the private messages that the user sends from the service and in that order can't be held responsible for the content of user messages sent over the web or wap page controlled by Mobistar FZE.
